CUSTOMERS ARE
SAYING ABOUT US.
“So impressed with Transportation Insight’s Address Verification Solution. We linked our IT team up with them, and had the API up and running within 24 hours. In one month, we had 200,000 shipments and we were able to capture $20K in savings.”
Transportation Insight has been instrumental in providing supply chain expertise and recommendations that allow us to realize more value from our existing supply chain framework.
“Transportation Insight is what I call an expertise multiplier. We don’t need to know everything there is to know about logistics because they are always just a phone call or email away. I haven’t stumped anyone on their staff yet.”
“Transportation Insight is a cut above other providers in the parcel logistics space because of their high attention, proactive, in-depth approach to account management. They have deep parcel industry expertise and expansive data analysis capabilities. At every touchpoint, the TI team working with us is very knowledgeable and attentive to our very complex needs. Many providers act more as vendors, throwing information ‘over the wall,’ but our relationship with Transportation Insight is a true business partnership.”
“Every component of the Transportation Insight solution has proven invaluable as Rotary continues to grow its customer base, deliver shipments on time with excellence, maintain an industry-leading fill rate, mitigate increasing supply chain costs and remain the market leader in the outdoor power equipment replacement parts industry.”
Transportation Insight has provided the functional expertise to successfully manage these various freight activities in an organized and professional manner, customized to meet each company’s needs. Making it a point to understand the unique requirements of each business, Transportation Insight has personally met with company personnel to explain the processes involved, providing the evidence to substantiate the recommendations, and the financial analysis validating the results. Transportation Insight has met their pledge of providing each company the best solution at the most competitive price while continually monitoring and measuring performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Transportation Insight’s I.T. department is incredible. The reports they can provide are mind boggling. They are not a typical 3PL where they come in and setup your carriers; instead, Transportation Insight works with us like a partnership, constantly working with us to improve and come up with new tools.
I like the reporting, online applications, our account rep, and anytime we need something, it is just a phone call away.
Transportation Insight’s reports are the best that I have ever seen. Never seen anything better than the web tools they offer, they are great. The I.T. department is great. Already have referred Transportation Insight and will do it again.
Transportation Insight has proven to be a valuable asset through efficiency gains and cost reductions. Transportation Insight has ensured that we are positioned to offer our customers the most affordable and economical freight rates. Procurement has also experienced a reduction in freight cost inputs, which has translated to greater profitability and less time required to manage our transportation of product.
Our company used to manage all of our own tariffs with LTL and parcel and the accounting department was handling the entire audit. We turned over the work to Transportation Insight because we get better rates and they are able to simplify our accounting processes as well. I have been working very closely with our account manager from Transportation Insight for over two years and he really makes my life easier.
“We started using Transportation Insight for our shipping needs in September 2007. We were shown the potential savings, both in money and labor hours. We have met those savings. I was impressed with the negotiating team that came to negotiate with our chosen companies. Once we were online with Transportation Insight, our billing has improved. We receive a bill weekly in spreadsheet format. We can use that to do all of our internal studies.”
I appreciate Transportation Insight’s patience and willingness to work with you to understand what your company needs.
