Mark Vale, Logistics Industry Leader and current CFO named CEO effective May 1st, 2026.

Succeeding Alan Gershenhorn, who has been serving as Interim CEO and previously as Executive Chair.

Company posts strong 1st quarter results and is positioned well for the improving freight environment.

ATLANTA, GA – May 15, 2026 – TI TopCo Holdings, LLC (“TI Holdings”),  (together with its affiliates, the “Company”), a leading provider of non-asset, tech-enabled logistics and brokerage solutions in North America servicing more than 14,000 shippers and over 80,000 carriers through Transportation Insight (“TI”), Nolan Transportation Group (“NTG”), and its proprietary Beon™ Digital Logistics Platform (“Beon”),  today announced that Mark Vale, current CFO since 2023, with over 35 years of experience across the logistics industry will assume the position of CEO.

Mr. Gershenhorn, Interim CEO, said: “It has been a privilege to lead and work closely with the TI and NTG team, creating significant value for our customers while positioning the company to further accelerate revenue and profitability growth. Mark and the team will build on this momentum and drive long-term success. We have driven strong year over year EBITDA growth exceeding 40% in the 1st quarter, growing revenue and controlling expense.
